USAGE OF SAMPLE/TESTER PERFUME
Mini: Use for olfactory testing only. Application to yourself is prohibited.
Full bottle: Limit to one spray per perfume only.


BREAKAGE OF SAMPLE/TESTER PERFUME BOTTLES OR BRAND NEW PERFUMES
Any breakage of sample/tester perfume bottles or brand new perfumes will incur full charges without exception, regardless of whether the contents have been partially used.


TRANSFERRING OF SAMPLE/TESTER PERFUME TO YOUR OWN BOTTLE
Our sample perfumes are for in-store testing only and may not be decanted into any personal travel perfume bottles.


CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) MONITORING
Perfume Studio Manila has installed and operates a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system at its premises.

The collection, use, disclosure, storage, and other forms of processing of personal data captured by the CCTV system are carried out for the purpose of safeguarding the security of our store, facilities, and items, as well as for maintaining a safe environment for our customers, visitors, personnel, and any other individuals. These purposes include, without limitation:

• Deterring criminal or anti-social behavior;
• Assisting in the detection, investigation, and prosecution of offenses;
• Supporting dispute-resolution efforts where CCTV recordings may help clarify contested facts;
• Facilitating the initiation or defense of legal claims.

The CCTV system is not used for any purposes other than those stated above.

The cameras operate continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
